Lobby fairly clean, with decorations in season. Mailroom, hectic. Staff is friendly. The hallways, however, are dirty, due mostly to some shareholders’ lifestyles. Two towers of co-ops, with two elevators in each tower bank. The elevators operate swiftly and smoothly, but nearly always between 9:00am - 10:00am (the day’s busiest time span!) one elevator in each tower Bank is closed due to cleaning.

The only thing I like about this coop it's laundromat. High maintenance fees. The management has to be audited.

new management company has been very unhelpful tenants are pissed i wouldn’t even bother considering buying right now the lady downstairs try’s to come up with the worst solution to ur issues instead of really doing anything to get it fixed

How’s everyone feeling about the redeployment of the old Long Island railroad tracks 🛤? Doesn’t part of it run through the property? Wasn’t made part of the parking lot?

Terrible place!! High maintenance fees for nothing! Someone is pocketing the money!! Very dirty, needs a lot of improvement! Always something wrong. Stay away!!!
