Raise the rent on some but not others. The person right beside me only pays $525 while mine has raised to $600. I am disabled, quiet, and always pay on time. The person with the same as mine is a junkie and alcoholic yet pays less.
Out dated, they need to be remodeled. The rent is high for 1970 look inside and out
Stayed with my husbands friend for a month and I was terrified being there these apartments are very unsafe not even that long after I moved out of here my husbands friend got robbed 4 times this place needs shut down
Typical young children running and jumping off furniture practically all day, other than that, no issues
Not very clean
