PLEASE don’t move here. I was in building 3759, Apt 301, and they knowingly rented me a bed bug infested unit. .From day one, it was a nightmare. They don’t even send pest control before move-ins, and when I reported it, they tried to make it seem like I brought them in. Meanwhile, I had just moved in with a newborn. The stress, the money, the sleepless nights, it’s something I’ll never forget. And what did they offer? Mattress covers and one free month of rent. That’s it. Like that makes up for losing everything and living with bugs crawling out of the walls. I paid rent just to live like I was homeless while management sat back comfortable in their bug-free houses. I’ve been over in these apartments for a year now maintenance take five months to change the air filter only way we can get an outfit to change if we put in a maintenance request. The kids are horrible they like fights bully harass The mothers allowed their children to be disrespectful to adults. This place is horrible especially if you have a family and you try to allow your kids to be safe in that area they’re not safe. I just left from picking my grandkids up from the bus stop the rent manager allowed this boy who mother basically was trying to hold my grandson while her son fight him to come up there to the bus stop the day walking around as if he’s about to do something and I have it all on video
