Fairview Apartments

This business closes the front office early 60٪ of every weekend. They have blocked me from contacting them, though i have a plumbing issue that costs everyone more money. They don't do anything about enforcing no parking in fire lanes, which is something that can make your insurance go up. The front office does not care about tenants. They don't handle complaints appropriately unless its a complaint about a deer being hung in your personal parking spot. I've had other residents even take my personal parking spot. Emailed them and got no response. If you want to live in a trash filled community, this is the place for you. I had a great experience working with the team at for Fairview apartments. They were professional, responsive, and took the time to answer all my questions throughout the application process. Although I wasn’t approved for the apartment I applied for, I genuinely appreciated their transparency and communication. I hope to have the opportunity to work with them again in the future and would love to be reconsidered should another unit become available at another time.Thank you for your time and consideration.

I am a current resident of almost one year and I plan to renew my lease and I wanted to give my 2 cents about the pros and cons. Yes, parking is irritating but I knew that before I signed my lease. I am allocated one covered spot for my car. When I have a guest, they have to park on whatever street parking is available and walk or I’ll park on the street and give them my spot. If I were a multi car family needing easy access parking for my family cars, I would not choose to live here. I don’t believe Fairview Apts deserves a 1 star and negative review because people didn’t plan accordingly for their personal parking needs. Thin walls and hearing your neighbors. “DO NOT RENT” Please do your research before you decide to rent an apartment at this location. The parking is a complete nightmare. There is none!! You will hear your neighbors every single time a conversation takes place. They keep raising the rent, and they have nothing to show for it. It looks nice on the website, in person..not so much. The water from your living room faucet is dirty (milky) when I called to address this issue, they told me there’s not much that can be done. Ridiculous pet fees/deposits. The Liberty Asset Group and the Management are not there to help you when you need it. When we moved out, we did the right thing by cleaning that apartment, ready for the next guest to move in.
