Fairmount Park

Ever since the new company bought the property, they are doing a lot of good work to make it nicer and that is so appreciated! I enjoy living here, but for the cost wish there were some additional amenities. There used to be a pool that got filled to become a dog park, but that fence was taken down too. Just like the volleyball court. I wish the 3 bedroom units had patios like the smaller ones, but only if you are in the first floor do you get one. Overall, there are a lot of improvements happening, so I am curious to see what is to come still.

BEWARE!!! Do not move into this apartment complex. They don’t clean. They don’t fix anything. They just don’t give a damn. That sentiment comes from the property managers, the maintenance crew, as well as the tenants. Fairmount Park Apartments is an awful place to live. - Inside and outside of the property are not maintained. Be prepared for bugs, dirty floors, broken windows, and dog feces everywhere - watch your step! You’re sure to step in it. - Drive by and take a look at the roofing. You’ll find more shingles on the ground than on top of the building. Plenty of water leaks here! - Beware of the property manager. Office staff , Maintenance staff, all incredible- I live on third floor had a toilet issue I didn’t even know about because I had stepped out - now how good is that? Not only that since new owners have taken over in the year I lived here, first part of that year nothing was done -2nd part with new managers- new doors, roofs, landscaping , clean office , fabulous staff - I could go but that would just be a lot - TY

DO NOT RECOMMEND Beware: After I reported issues to be fixed, I received a nonrenewal at my doorstep. It did not have the correct move out date as other's have reported as well. I had to have them correct it and it was not a pleasant experience. On top of the prior issues I had, which will be summarized below there is dog shit everywhere outside the buildings. It's not maintained. I brought this up and shared pictures with the leasing office. They did say they would address it but also made a point to say they were adding it to my file. They don't have security camera's outside the buildings and from the e-mails I have from them they only check when there is a complaint. Please use extreme caution when choosing Fairmount Park Apartments as your place to live. I signed a lease agreement

New management have completed many of issues in current apartment complex. When I have an issue maintenance responds in a timely manner.
