Fairmont Park Apartments

My family has lived here for 6 going on 7 years. Yes management has changed, Brenda was so great but Dena is doing awesome as well. We have had a few maintenance requests since Dena has come into management and she has always followed up and made sure things were completed in a timely manner. Shared laundry facilities are a little dirty (which has always been the case) but other than that we really have no complaints for the pricing of these apartments. For those with littles, the elementary school within the school zone is amazing as well.

My wife and I have lived here for 9+ years with Brenda as the manager. Sadly Brenda has retired, and the new manager is not impressing me in the least. She's rude, inconsiderate and doesn't seem to care about tenants complaints. The first thing she did was to renew our lease with an additional "pet rent" for each pet per month. I paid pet deposits but have never paid additional rent for each pet. The parking is even worse with some tenants having 3 or 4 vehicles but there's only 1 stall per apartment and 7 free for all for 19 apartments near me. Our building alone has 3 out of 7 apartments with 3 vehicles each and no parking permits. My wife and I are doubting that management and maintenance even cares because they don't live here. That's a new change, no on site resident manager or main

I’ve lived at Fairmont Park and moved out over a year now. My friends and family still reside at Fairmont Park and have said the new manager is not friendly and she’s disrespectful towards people that come into office with complaints. Brenda never treated residents like she does. My Mexican friends want to move out saying the atmosphere has changed. She wants all to stop back in parking which has never been enforced by prior resident managers. I’m certain this won’t be the only negative review in coming days, weeks or months.

I just moved in and my experience here could not be better! This particular complex is very very quiet. My neighbors are exceptionally friendly. And they love to visit. Laundry facilities are nearby. And are easy to use. The manager Brenda made my paperwork easy and painless! What I really love is the complex is extremely close to all my shopping needs! The maintenance of the facility is very attractive. And maintenance is always a phone call away in case I need them. My apartment was exceptionally clean when I moved with new amenities. The carpet was new as well! If you're looking for a fun community and a clean well lighted place to live. I highly recommend Fairmont Park Apartments.

I've been living here for about 4 years now, this place has been nothing but amazing. The property is very well maintained, if anything needs fixing it's fixed right away, neighbors are friendly and it's peaceful and quiet. This is definitely the best place I have ever lived, hands down. It's an even better place because the property manager Ms. Brenda is a living saint and actually cares for people's well being.
