The apartments look nice on the outside until you enter and realize the rugs are filthy, most closet doors are broken or missing, property manager is unprofessional, swears and pounds doors when he is having a bad day - doesn't fix anything just walks around the parking lot with a grab stick for trash too lazy to bend over. Hasn't properly salted the ground, instead gives the salt to his family and friends and leaves residents without. Lies and accuses people of things with no proof just hearsay of the other residents he hangs out with. You are only safe here if you're his friend. never shows up for repairs - I've waited 2 years for a closet door. and when you ask for higher management phone number you are told if you don't like it to move. Just Want to thank the landlord here for getting my recently broken door back up and running today. He fixed it in no time and even did my trim. As a mom, a bedroom door is a NEED 😂🙏🏻 so happy to have my door back 😁

I moved to Fairmont Hills two years ago with my family. I live in a second-floor apartment, which has been amazing besides outside noises. But we all know that’s out of our control thats a matter of life. But let me tell you, Rashad and his wife has been amazing during this Snowstorm !!!! Rashad has been waking up early morning and making sure that our property is salted and plowed so we can all get out and do what we have to. What a blessing it is to have such a good property manager!!!! Sorry, I know I spelled Rashad wrong 😂

This is a nice apartment but, the management sits back and does nothing about all of this distress the neighbors have put a loved one through for the past 3 years they stomp, they throw things all over her outside walls and door and rugs, and all the management can say is they don’t have proof to do anything, they’ve been doing a knock and run, they throw charcoal all over my loved ones porch and walls there children are menacing and scratching peoples cars and breaking things up, they’ve broken windows, and dented doors all manner of things, and the Management Misty does Absolutely NOTHING about it, I’ve had to personally talk to her on my love one’s behalf and all she did was go power wash the walls and pick the trash up that was thrown everywhere.
