Fairfield Townhouses At Bohemia

I know Fairfield Properties isn’t a popular landlord, probably for good reason, but I found absolutely nothing to complain about during the two years I lived at this particular community. The homes are well-renovated, spacious, and comfortable. Any maintenance request I filed was resolved fully within 24 hours (and often less). The community spaces aren’t particularly impressive, but the plants and lawns are excellently maintained. I would live here again without hesitation if I moved back to the area.

The only reason why I put 1 star is because I cannot go lower. Absolutely horrible experiences since they took over the appartments where I live. Waking us up at 7 am for months at a time so they can renovate, failing to communicate with tenants, discriminating against low income, not giving out the emergency maintenance number, failing to check on maintenance requests ( we were out of power because a fuse blew for 3 days and didn't know until I called ), neglecting or refusing to sign paperwork for section 8, not knowing who or what department deals with section 8, removing the AC covers on their time ( we have to suffer in the heat until they FEEL like doing something) , failing to put numbers on the exterior doors ( which helps with identifying the proper door as there are 4), the list

My best friend and her husband live here. Lovely community well kept common areas and the townhouses are well laid out and feel spacious.
