Demolition at 8-9pm at Selden Property Building 6 email after email to the Property Manager (No response, No Sorry No nothing Still Drilling and Banging away, Im disabled and cant be going over there to tell them to STOP at 9pm. All day they have to work, all morning, all afternoon but Start Drilling at 8PM, Sad.

The apartments are great but dealing with the leasing office, maintenance and corporate is horrible. I've called and emailed several times. Not just the leasing office, but corporate and no one gets back to you. My attorney spoke to them and still no response. I do not recommend Fairfield at all, their customer service is some of the worst I've ever experienced and my rent is paid on time every month.

Our office is in one of their Hauppauge buildings. Going on two years of issues with the AC in my office. I've dealt with 90+ degrees in here for most of the Summer at this point. Ever hear the term too big to care? That is what comes to mind w Fairfield.

You can get nice apartments from this company with good local maintenance staff (depending on the community apparently). But the management is the worst. They do not respond to emails, mailbox messages, nothing! Days and weeks go by if you are not constantly pushing over the phone, where they even just hang up on you. Then they refer you to people who are not reachable via phone but only email, and you get no responses there. Be very very careful, particularly when you move out!

Do not recommend! Terrible company. From apartments having bad “bones” and them just painting over the problems. Our ceiling was chipping to where paint was falling all the time. They never fixed it. Our hot water heater broke and they tore our carpet up and left it like that for DAYS! I have been trying now for 6 weeks to get a hold of them in regards to my lease. Email, calls, voicemails, etc. nothing for the longest time. Finally get someone by the name of Karen Ranieri who tells me she will have an answer for me “today” then never does. Next day, ignores me. Getting a lawyer. Done. Don’t make the same mistake I did for an overpriced piece of junk apartment.
