It took months to get the signed lease. Once you are in, that’s it for communicating with anyone when you need to. I recommend reading through reviews beforehand throughly, as if no issues arise, it would be a fine place to live, but when they do, and usually in apartments they will, it is a nightmare. I moved in with a freezer that did not work. Maintenance has visited twice and reported they would order the part to fix it. This has been ongoing since June and no matter who you message, call, email, there is no communication besides they will check on the “status” if you are lucky enough to get a response. Moved in May 2025 and noticed that the freezer wasn’t working. Submitted a service request in June 2025 in which they did nothing other than stand there and blame us and say it’s because we had “too much food” in there… Idk about you, but I’ve NEVER had a freezer that didn’t work due to too much food… but ok… So we listened to the advice, threw everything out (with no compensation btw), and made sure we had the vents clear at all times. Nope. Still not working - more money lost on food. Request reopened in July 2025…. 24 days go by, and not a single response from maintenance. They are literally flat out ignoring us. We just dealt with upstairs neighbor and her harrasment of us everyday for 10 months, with unrelenting pounding and screaming on floors and walls. And the unfortunate THINGS she left behind. We appreciate the office and their help. Maintenance for fixing our lites she popped out. Update 3.4.26 on our the Slab leak repair that was not to completion. Floor has water seeping through new tiles. Management has reached out to clean up leak and address vents, thank you Amy!

Actually one of the worst apartments. Lived here for over 6 months and nothing has fixed or replaced since before we moved in. The property manager doesn’t respond and ignores all issues. We haven’t received our key card for the club house or gym and the dog poop bin is constantly over flowed to the point it’s just gross. The property itself isn’t taken care of with many broken lights, doors. Can’t wait until our lease is up to move out of this garbage place

Roach infested do not move here!! Mold is still present as well as roaches the amount of disrespect that came from Amy is unacceptable telling me I don’t clean my bathroom that’s why there is mold told me I don’t pay for hot water another lie said we wanted to be tranfered for another reason then what the problem is. All Amy cared about was who was living g in my home and not the problem I got loud after she said all those things and she threatened me to have me evicted!
