Worst 3 years ever living in this complex. May as well rename it Fairfield Section 8 cause that’s all they let in here. If you like smelling weed in and out of your apartment then move here. Section 8 heaven here cops constantly coming here and garbage and trash all over the place. Weed smoking all inside apartments even when it’s posted no smoking within 50 feet of buildings. The management is trash good luck getting in touch with Krystal she’s useless and non existent. Loud music all the time random people parking here smoking. They have a security guard who can’t speak english patrolling for what reason I have no clue. People letting dogs outside without a leash my Dog was attacked twice here and of course management does absolutely nothing. They love to send emails out but they never a

they don’t clean snow at all. Especially parking lot. Makes people fight for the parking. I asked staff that if they can help to clean snow, they should be responsible for cleaning instead of leave there and making people fight for parking. but they said they are not responsible for the snow cleaning. So after taking money from tenants, we just on our own. This is the worst company I ever seen. Do not consider this place. Do not choose this place. Do not choose.

Horrible place nothing gets fixed correctly I’ve had under my sink done over 5times it’s still leaking.My master bathroom wall kept falling apart have numerous work orders for that maintenance men kept just smacking glue on it not seeing that it was a crack in the wall under shower tiles . One day I’m in shower they fall off the wall on me chipping bath tub and now Fairfield is now charging me $750 to have it fixed . I call office over 6 times Krystal Lambert never returns calls . Refrigerator broke down two times instead Of getting brand new they took one out of old apartment and it still doesn’t make ice I shouldn’t have to pay for something that has nothing to do with me . How was I going to make a crack in the wall of bathroom under tiles ???? THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE …… LUXURY APARTMEN

Worse apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. There are large rats walking around day and night and and piles of trash by the dumpster and throughout the parking lot on a weekly basis or every weekend. Although the apartments are cosmetically nice they are very small. If you live in a downstairs unit or on lower level you hear every movement from the upstairs unit and the master bedroom wall is connected to the upper level stairs so you can hear every time someone is going in and out, up and down the stairs of their apartment. It’s definitely not worth $2700-$3000. It’s over priced and this is no where near a luxury apartment complex.

I have been looking for a new apartment complex and I came across Farfield Hills East online. The website shows immaculate and beautiful luxury apartments. I decided to drive past this past weekend and I was shocked! This may be the case for the interior, however the exterior is FAR from luxury. The amounts of garbage I saw piled up near dumpsters and in front of people’s apartments was not only disgraceful but also unsanitary. I had the chance to speak to one of the residence in the surrounding area and they told me that there were numerous rodents running around that complex And this is not a one time occurrence this is almost weekly they also said that there is only one dumpster for that entire side of homes I was astonished.
