Amy Mardjani, the Leasing manager is the best! She is so helpful, pleasant, present, and ready to do her job. I was stressed about the the application and she helped me through it and knew what to say and do and is professional and just such an asset to Fairfield. She is a gem! The property was well maintained and quiet both things I like. Thank you Amy!

I will never rent another apt from Fairfield Properties again. They are the most heartless, uncaring people I have ever come across in my 30 years of renting. If you agree or not agree with management they will not renew your lease. I currently live in a 55 and over community and they don't care about you. They can charge you for any little thing they want. If your dogs not on a leash, you get a fine. If you break something trying to clean it, you have to pay to replace it. They are the worst bunch of people in this industry. DO RENT FROM THEM.

BEWARE! Danger! There is no security! It's not a "gated community" since sometimes they are left opened for anyone to get in...cars have been stolen and windows have been smashed..no gate attendance. Senoir living? Don't put your parents in this place...
