DO NOT MOVE HERE - The absolute worst management company there is (see the below reviews as well). Do not let the newly renovated units and nice pool fool you. I have lived here for 2 years with consistent complaints to the property manager over the sanitation of their garbage and waste disposal. With numerous fines from the town, Fairfield refuses to do anything to keep the garbage sanitary other than an email to the residents to dispose of garbage properly. Doesn’t work. If you want to live in a place managed by people truly cold-hearted, this is it. They took an entire month just to “decide” that fixing a tiny crack in the sink would cost $375. Because of their endless delay, the sink became severely damaged and moldy. We were forced to clean around the disgusting mess every day until someone got hurt. And instead of helping, they coldly blamed us with the words: “Why would you clean a sink that has an enormous hole in it?” They completely ignored the fact that it was their negligence that left us facing this horrible situation in the first place. Not Family-Friendly – Strong Marijuana Smell, Management Does Nothing！ If you care about your family’s health, especially if you have kids, stay away from this place. The buildings at Fairfield Jericho Townhomes are not smoke-free. Marijuana smoke constantly drifts into the apartments and common areas. I filed a complaint, and management replied that since marijuana is legal in New York, they will not prohibit it. In other words, they openly admit they cannot or will not protect residents from secondhand smoke exposure. This is extremely disturbing in a community full of children and teenagers. Secondhand marijuana smoke is not harmless — it affects kids’ lungs, brains, and overall health. Any family-oriented housing should at least have a clear no-smoking policy to keep the environment

As with many other residents to here, it is really frustrating to deal with management and especially the office staff looking after maintenance once your lease is signed. Beware of signing up as the price you pay and the service you get is disproportionate. It has been nearly a month now and my maintenance request has been opened and nothing has been done. Also, the maintenance admin person would close the maintenance request by making up something to get rid of it, and you have to go through numerous hurdles to get it reopened. He is also very rude when dealing with you in person, no greeting, doesn’t really acknowledge you and not wanting to help with anything. Beware!!

We are living here almost a year now. There’s always an issue coming up since we move in. Sometimes bugs, sometimes water leak and make your carpet wet all around. One of the most annoying thing is the noise from upstairs. The floor is very old and thin, you can hear and sense whenever your upstairs neighbor walks around, and also the balcony window-door or the wall will vibrate together when they walking upstairs. Another disappointing this is about safety. There are 2 robberies happened since we move in to this neighborhood. And the management never tell this information to the residents, and never make improvements about safety of this neighborhood.
