Fairfield Crossing Apartments

You shouldn’t have to fight for parking in a place where you’re paying $2,000 a month for a 1 bedroom apartment. They give no option to pay for a spot. If your like me and get off at 9pm every night your going to be walking 5-10 minutes to your apartment every night. I am in one of there newly renovated rooms and the washer and dryer is so small you can’t even fit your blanket in them. I’ve also had $900 in packages stolen from under my mailbox in which there is no security so there is no way to find out who stole them. They won’t even give me a parking pass because my car is registered in MD but they will give 2 people living in the spare bedroom each a pass. Why does a 2 bedroom get 4 parking passes? Why does that make sense? I wonder why you can’t ever find parking. Ask there is only on

They fix any maintenance problems you may have literally the next day. Very efficient and fast service. If they could make the gym open 24 hours that would be amazing. Other than that, we are happy to live here. Pretty decent for the price.

I lived in this apartment for two years, and I feel it's important to share my experience for the benefit of future residents. One of the major issues I encountered was the parking situation. After 9 PM, there is no parking available, and it seems that more parking spaces have been sold than there are spots available. This led to a constant struggle to find parking, and over the past year, I had to pay for towing my car more than ten times due to this shortage. Additionally, I recently discovered mice in the apartment and promptly notified the management via email and phone. Unfortunately, their only response was to set a few traps.
