Fairfield Creek Estates Apartments

Fairfield creek estates is a wonderful place to live. Cynthia and Tammy have patience of Jobe and listens to the problems. They are always on top of handling things. Robert and Myriam are always there if needed. Amanda with RSC always has activities for us to have during the week. What can I say is that we are blessed to have them.

Apartment staff is negligent when it comes to serious matters such as natural gas leak . Two gas leaks found by apartments 146,148, since March 20.2024. According to several different residents, gas leaks have been reported many times in last several months and Apartment management hadn’t done anything about it. Residents smoke cigarettes while walking the sidewalk and throw the cigarette butts near the gas meters. Several residents smoke on their patio on daily basis and when reported to office worker named Cynthia , she asked a Good Samaritans to sneak up on resident in 244 and take pictures of that resident when the resident is smoking on the patio. Cynthia disclosed full name and medical conditions of the resident in 244.

Very very rrude...the lady ERICA called today 4.11.25 to get an employment verification...we have a hotline to send them to since it's Illegal to give info verbally and this lady called me back didnt say where she was calling from or what and just starting going on ....I got 10 calls in 2 minutes...Maam who are you she says Erica...and still who are you...I never got a name the first phone call.......argued with me AFTER NOT LISTENING to hotline instructions.....kept over talking me wouldnt let ne explain anything....told me they're not paying for anything (the hotline asks you to fax or leave a message) I feel sorry for the empoyee...I'd never recommend this place

I recently moved over to these apartments and I am horribly disappointed and already thinking about the next place I will be moving to as soon as my lease is finished. This apartment has two phases the cleaner phase is located on the side of the street with the leasing office, however the second phase is across the street 12601 S Green which is not where you want to be. They obviously don't take as well of care of this side of the complex for example..my neighbor has at least eight empty 40oz liquor bottles sitting on the grass outside of his door. I mentioned it to the manager and the problem still persist and obviously they are not doing ground inspections to keep the apartments "nice" and "clean", another neighbor not smoke weed but also rolls the weed and leaves the cigar fillings on t

Worst apartments ever!! I rushed to move here after we had a fire in our old apartment complex i sure was fooled by the outside looks because the apartments inside suck and the area is not safe at all. My apartment when i moved in had a weird smell, the carpet was gross, the mirror in the restroom had hair tangled from one corner, the door was loose, there were roaches and other insects everywhere. At first i was like okay maybe maintenance would take care of this and i can stay here for at least a year until i can move out. However I'm still having some of the same problems with roaches, insects, the gross carpet and bad smell. Maintenance is the WORST!!!!! in the past four months they have send an exterminator four times and i still see roaches and insects crawling into my kitchen and re
