Fairfield Courtyard At Hewlett

This review is for those who are looking/planning to stay at this property: 1. The leasing office does not respond to your calls and messages when you are trying to reach them out. 2. When I went there to see myself what the situation is, I got harassed by a resident living over there just for parking at one of the empty spots for 5 mins. He threatened me he would call the cops on me just because there is no dedicated parking for visitors and I parked in one of the “flamingo lovers” spot. 3. They have false advertising on their website stating that they have a 3bed 3bath option which apparently does not exist and the availability is falsely advertised as well. Overall, a very bad experience and I won’t suggest anyone to stay here

Lynn was fantastic to work with! She was incredibly helpful, communicative, and kind throughout the whole process. I really appreciated the time and effort she put in to assist me. Fairfield is lucky to have her on their team—she’s great!

I am currently a tenant at Fairfield Princeton!!! The neighborhood is warm & welcoming!! My home is peaceful!! I am happy here!!

Giving a rating of one star even though it deserves ZERO. Fairfield Properties is a money grubbing company that cares NOTHING for the tenants who occupy their buildings. Their only concern is the money the will make. Their rents are truly not affordable and without and kind of rent stabilization they have full reign to abuse their tenants with unfair rent and completely unfair rent increases every time you sign a new lease. This is one company that I will NEVER rent with ever again and I could NEVER consciously recommend to anyone else!
