Fairfax Properties at Salisbury

Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Dealing with them is extremely frustrating. Jessica is a real gem as of today (6/30/24) she has decided to reschedule our final walk through 1 hour and 12 minutes after it was supposed to begin. We were notified about this on (6/13/24) giving them more than enough time to reschedule. I have looked through the previous reviews and they are looking "real promising" as far as getting my security deposit back. At this point I am fully expecting them to take the entire deposit and claim pre-existing damage was our fault. They claimed to have all the documentation from Eric Davis but failed to have my original list of damaged items that needed to be addressed. One of which includes a water heater that is literally older than me, and pumps out 144° water

A Salisbury Local’s Review: RENT HERE! Aaliyah was extremely helpful, professional, and kind. She worked with me from start to finish via email, telephone, and in person. Her customer service is exceptional, and this place is amazing. RENT HERE! And if management sees this, give her & the staff a raise they are all truly amazing. Their office is also very clean, welcoming, smells great, has snacks, etc.! Love love love this place! Don’t shop anywhere else in Salisbury.

i received an email that said we had 90 days to vacate. Because of drawing on our walls two missing outlets, two Holes in the wall and two light fixture covers off. I explained to them that our son is autistic so lights have to be unscrewed at night or he’ll just flick them until he falls out and he draws everywhere and we clean the walls every month. i begged them to just let me remedy it. they never gave me the chance until i pulled the race card and threatened to take the matter to court. then they nicely sent an email 2 months later saying we will give you an opportunity to rectify all of the problems. that should’ve been the first case instead of trying to force us out. Scammed me out of my security deposit. Md state law requires you to paint before leasing to a new tenant yet I was charged $200 plus payment to replace the carpets which were brown carpets that looked exactly the same when we left as they did when we moved out. You can go anywhere else in Salisbury for lower rent and get more space without the harassment from “security” they hired, which I highly recommend

I have only just recently moved into a Fairfax Property but the experience so far is the best I have ever had. They make the move in process so simple and the house is gorgeous. I highly recommend Fairfax to everyone who wants a awesome home renting experience.
