Fairfax Apartments

Disregard all reviews posted before February 18, 2026 because that’s when this place switched ownership/management. This month’s rent for many of our neighbors, myself included, randomly had an additional 150 or more dollars added onto it with no warning it claimed to be for additional parking spaces/storage units. Perhaps they were hoping we wouldn’t notice. Trying to contact this management company is a nightmare. And nobody shows up to the office/front desk anymore. Preferred living (original owners) packed their bags in the middle of the night and sprung this on all of us- we wouldn’t have resigned a lease this expensive for another year if we had known. I have had the pleasure of calling Fairfax my home since July 2024. This property is truly one-of-a-kind in Columbus. The amenities are luxurious, including a year-round heated cocktail pool, 24/7 Starbucks coffee bar, cozy clubhouse, modern gym, private parking garage, and much more. What really makes Fairfax shine, however, is its community. Both residents and staff are kind, sociable, and welcoming. Coming home always feels pleasant, with smiling faces and friendly greetings the moment you walk through the door. If ever there’s a problem with your unit, the Fairfax team drops everything to address it quickly and without extra fees. I’ve had an excellent experience living in this apartment complex. The management team is professional, responsive, and always helpful. The maintenance staff is quick to address any issues, keeping the facilities in top-notch condition. My fav staff is Paul and Brittnie. The community is clean, safe, and well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping and amenities like a gym and pool that are always accessible and well-kept. The neighbors are friendly, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to stores, restaurants, and public transportation. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free living environment!

I have lived here for 10 months and everything about The Fairfax is 5 plus stars. Attention to detail, cleanliness, kindness, immediate response(24/7) to any issue and resident extras (summertime gift bags, pizza nights, art activities, trivia night and monthly Sunday brunch’s ,to name a few. It is quiet as well. My apartment is sunny and modern. I looked for 2 years until I found my perfect location.

We love living at Fairfax apartments. The amenities are great and always clean and never over crowded. We really have become part of the community and have enjoyed the events put on by the complex. The staff are incredibly friendly and resolve any issues quickly. Paul has been our contact since day one and he has been reliable and fun to work with over the year. Highly recommend!
