Faircrest

This man has been sleeping in the Dumpsters for almost 2 years now and nobody does anything about it, he walks freely anytime of the day around the complex collecting garbage and loitering the parking lot 24/7 . If you decide to move to this apartment complex be ready for this guy because he lives here for free and does whatever he wants in the property.

The property is in very poor condition, they recently started remodeling but it's still not good enough, I'm surprised someone didn't get hurt by the rotten wood. There are always issues with hot water, property is always dirty, parking is in terrible condition, pools are dirty, they don't answer the emergency number for maintenance, struggle to get them to answer in the office, no manager , no security cameras, no security, they take a long time to fix things, the apartments are infested with roaches. The residents do not know how to respect, they do not obey the rules, they are very dirty and noisy.

All I gotta say is: roaches. Now, i know apartments get roaches. But this is the 4th one I've lived in the past 5 years and I've never seen it this bad. Parking sucks and you can only get a parking permit on the street if you live in a house and not the apartments. This means that your friends will be less likely to come see you. Otherwise, apartments are great, decent size for the price.

I love it so far! If I need something fixed I just let the office know and they come right out. They also pay most utilities which is nice. Prices are very affordable. Some neighbors don’t follow the parking rules and they park in the fire lanes, so I guess parking is a little tough but I have 2 assigned parkings so I don’t have to worry about it! I’m very comfortable here. =)

The worst apartment ever , never think of living here. Very poor condition rooms , very unprofessional management staff. Very lazy and sloppy maintenance crew. Every single day they have a water leak so they shut down the water and you don't have any hot or cold water for the whole day . I wish there is a minus reviews so I would give them the worst reviews ever . One star reviews is beyond good for those people. Already looking for a better place to move .
