Haven’t pulled the trigger because we’re still considering the relocation, but these guys were great and responsive as we explored our options with them. If we do end up relocating to the area, we would feel comfortable moving forward with them.

Came in to get information and to get stuff started, was handed some brochures and told to wait and I did, till they closed no one said anything else to me, so basically that's my experience here

Terrible company. They have done nothing but rip off my grandparents. They take advantage of any opportunity to nickel and dime you. Not only was the home set 8 months late, but when issues arise, they see it as the homeowners problem. Professional salesman at their finest. The best thing you can do is avoid them, and hope the honest home manufacturers put Fahl out of business.

Do not waste your time. Home was supposed to be move in ready. They put to small of a furnace in so had to spend money out of pocket for a new one. Had to install all ceiling fans on my own hook upstove amd refrigerator and when we called about cracks took forever to fix and they did a poorjob doing it. There communication skills are very poor.

Professional and courteous. Great people to work with. I highly recommend!!!!
