Cody was absolutely amazing to work with. He was honest, patient, and professional and very friendly. He went to bat for us multiple times, and I know he had to work some magic and maybe even take a hit on commission to get us what we needed and when we needed it. He was a superstar for us and we are grateful for his help and guidance as we purchased a home for my aging father. Thanks Cody and Expo Homes for a great experience!

Michael Williams was a very professional, personable, polite, and knowledgeable representative. He took several hours of his day to show us around the factory so we could look at models we liked under construction. He even introduced us to others on his staff. We had been to several other dealers in Michigan and Indiana and he was by far the best. Highly recommended.

Simply Amazing!! We traveled 3 hours from Illinois to meet with Michael and he was absolutely incredible! He sold us with his immense knowledge of the mobile homes and made the financial process easy. He took us through the factory and really spent time with us answering all our questions. 10 stars!!!

Very good experience with Michael Williams. The factory tour was awesome, got to see how everything is made and see the quality of everything behind the curtain. Very pleased with the build quality of the homes, especially flooring, walls and kitchen designs. Michael always answers my text or calls and answers all my questions and does any changes I need immediately. Definitely recommend the company and Michael to others looking for a home that doesn't break the bank👌

Got an approval with 21st mortgage for financing. Visited the location to view models & learned if you are combining land you will NOT get anywhere with this company. UNLESS using their preferred lender. So don't waste your time. You wont get a call back from Jacob, whom seems to be the ONLY person to deal with as far as the homes are concerned. Andrea takes calls & messages & seems customer service friendly. However, I sensed tension from dealing with the business. I was also (overpriced) on upgrades that I wanted WITHIN the company, not a competitor. I only received a follow-up call 6 days later upon making this review. They seem a bit biased in my opinion.
