To All, This correspondence serves as a formal documentation of my recent tenancy at 1312 Edgewood Terrace #B, Fort Pierce, Florida, under the management of Mr. Claude Facey. My occupancy, which recently concluded, was unfortunately characterized by a series of issues that collectively demonstrated a consistent departure from professional obligations concerning property maintenance and the provision of a safe and habitable living environment. As a single-income household, I endeavored to maintain transparent and consistent communication with Mr. Facey regarding my financial circumstances throughout my residency. Despite inherent challenges, I remained steadfast in my commitment to fulfilling all rental obligations, frequently making proactive lump-sum payments to cover future commitments

I can honestly say that the process with getting approved and moving into my new place was a walk in the park, Mr.Facey himself made me feel like family with the positive attitude and respect he showed me every step of the way. 10/10 in the Realty business I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for the job‼️ Thanks a lot for everything .

I’ve literally tried to call Claude Facey four times and left four times about a lot his company is selling and he never answers or calls back. If only your customers that own these lots knew you don’t call back potential buyers.

I have heard great things about this agency by word-of-mouth, but I have called twice and left a text message, and have not received a response. I'll be happy to change my review if I ever receive a response.
