EZR Management makes renting simple and stress free! I’ve been renting an apartment owned by EZR since August 2025 and so far I have had a pleasant experience. They are quick to respond to any needs or concerns I have regarding my unit. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Barry has been wonderful to work with and responds promptly and professionally. Property management is never simple, but EZR does a good job balancing day-to-day operations with longer-term planning. I’m a resident at City Commons I put in a work order because I was having all my windows and doors replaced. When the contractor removed the French doors and window above The beam running across the top was completely rotted from water damage.My contractor could not complete the job until EZR management make the necessary repairs. Unprofessional, Unresponsive, and Unwilling to Address Serious Issues This company has been extremely difficult to deal with. They manage my neighborhood HOA, but it’s unclear whether EZR is simply enabling poor decisions by the board or is itself unable to provide professional oversight. Communication is nearly impossible — homeowners must send certified letters just to contact the board, and responses come only once a month. Despite claiming to offer “substantive” replies, the responses are vague and unhelpful. Meanwhile, they have no problem sending frequent emails and notices to homeowners. This double standard makes communication frustrating and inefficient. Since March, I’ve been cited repeatedly for “weeds” in my yard without any clear explanation of what plants they’re referring
