Extreme Homes Management

My family of 5 rented with Extreme homes for 2 years and in a place and in a city where it’s tough to find good landlords, we’re glad we nailed it. Our building and unit had issues (who doesn’t specially in an old building) but the management and specifically Oz, dealt with them in a timely and efficient manner. Even if they didn’t live in our building, Oz treated it like it was his.

I have been renting from them for 4 years. They were extremely nice with my move as I needed to move in days for work, they let me move in early and were very helpful. Oz is my favorite he is my go to with any problems and always helps me right away. There’s pros and cons to every apartment you rent but the pros outweigh the cons for this one by far. I plan to stay here for a long time and when I am ready to get a larger place hopefully find something that they also own to continue the relationship.

Lived in an apartment on Jefferson Avenue for 3 years. Oz was very helpful and responsive whenever there was an issue. Best experience I had in an apartment in New York.

I lived in one of Extreme Homes apartments in Flatbush, NYC. They were extremely helpful in getting us the apartment. We were able to walk through to make sure it fit our needs beforehand. We lived in our apartment for 4 years... we had a great super who was always available if something needed to get fixed. If I could have, I would have stayed with them longer but my company moved me to a different state. When I move back to NYC though, I will be sure to call Oz/ Extreme Homes for my next apartment. Thank you Extreme Homes for being the BEST landlords and for always looking out for your tenants. Not very often in NYC do you get landlords so understanding and helpful, but you most certainly will with Extreme Homes! 10/10 recommend getting your next apartment with them.
