We had a very bad experiences with the agent called Rod Meclontch! We went through four failures escrows while selling our house with him ! The agent wasn’t honest about the offers! He wasted our time and effort and we felt so frustrated with the whole process. Finally after 7 moths we sold our house! When the interest rate went up to 4.1 . It was very hard to find another house to buy within our budget! We had to change our budget to be able to purchase a new house! we went through many stressful things while dealing with this agent! Very bad experience with this company!
