Diego Howard was the listing agent of the property I was interested in. Delayed response from realtor after formal offer was sent. Lack of communication. Changing of facts and stories on the same property with me n my broker multiple times. Not providing buyer disclosure on request and false statements. Now that I see the reviews realized 😳 what kind of realtor is exp realty truly is. Save ur time ⏲️ and check reviews of realtor before even calling them.

This review is for Elozona Chukwudum. He owns the subject property 9403 Coatsworth drive, Sugarland, 77498. Long story short, he asked me for a 4000$ deposit and a tow years lease which I had no issues but when he told me that I can’t pay with my deposit at the end of the contract for the last month I knew something was shady, but anyway I wanted a home to rent and I paid him 4000$ deposit. Now he has kept all the deposit, stating several issues which either was already there before, and some he made up and he want to charge for normal wear and tear which are covered under Texas law as there are no such damage and we have a whole video about it as I knew he is a dishonest and not trustworthy. He has no estimates from anyone and yet he sent me a rough estimate in his own hand writing. I am

Sold my home using agent Laura Fernandez and I was extremely underwhelmed by her service during the listing/sales/closing process. I was left feeling like she represented the buyer over me at every turn.

HORRIBLE!!! Brittany Burns very unprofessional, lacks communication skills and common sense. Very rude and does not know how to do her job.

Simply terrible company. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PROPERTIES LISTED BY THIS COMPANY! Bought a home at three oaks cir where we was told the AC was new from the sellers now, we're having constant issues and was told the AC is actually OLD AND NEVER BEEN MAINTENANCED. Now we're trying to get ahold of the agent and the sellers NO ONE is responding! The only way it seems to get anything done is through legal, that we are speaking with now.
