The staff, as well as the agents we had contact with were experienced, professional, always on time and very knowledgeable. It made a difficult experience much easier on the entire family. Sellers and buyers beware of JoAnn SEENO. The most dishonest Realtor , Manipulative and unethical. (After signing the contract- took someone else’s deal last minute so she doesn’t have to share commission with our realtor, she would rather take buyers without a realtor to get full commission). She Did not allow us to do an inspection after confirming with us to bring the inspector and cancelling us an hour prior to his arrival---causing me lost job time, penalty fees for cancelling the inspector last minute and overall wasting our time/entire day. She then purposefully delayed the whole process(after confirming we were solid buyers, vetting us through our broker, savings account, etc…) she then threatened us that she has another “offer”. Linda is extremely knowledgable in Real Estate Market. She give her 110% and walk us thought the process from listing to sale. We were lucky enough to give her the listing and the process went very smooth. We highly recommend her and she went above and beyond out expectation.
