James helped guide the offer process, and gave recommendations based on real time market strategies. Worked out perfectly for us, and I would highly recommend.

She made sure to walk us through the basics and made sure that everything was laid out for us in a way that was easy to understand! Tara was our agent selling two houses and buying one. She was amazing— we felt supported, had guidance, and she was always available to meet with us and walk us through everything— totally trusted her. As the seller— no one is better. Both times she told us “I’m selling your house today” and she did— and one of those was when the market was bottomed out and there were tons of houses not selling. She is amazing and would definitely recommend!
