Do not recommend doing business with them. They take lots of care of the landlords at the expense of the tenant. We rented a home with them to be rushed into moving, and there was a 12 hour window of time between the previous tenants leaving and us having to sign the lease. We never moved any of our belongings into the home and never slept there because it was rented to us completely filthy and in need of many repairs. There was a cockroach infestation left from the previous tenants in the house so deeply that after almost 3 weeks of trying to treat, there were over 80 roaches ALIVE in one of the rooms. After giving them 3 weeks to try to treat the infestation, we could not tolerate the conditions and had to find a roof to put over our heads ASAP. We asked to be issued a complete refund d
