Extremely unprofessional. I was interested in a rental listed on Zillow, so I reached out to Johanna Rivera multiple times (two ways on Zillow and once through email). She never got back to me. Finally, I tried texting the number on that’s on Zillow. She responded to tell me that the owner of the rental was already looking at applications and that she’d let me know the next day if the rental was still available. I was super annoyed that her lack of response cost me the opportunity to get my application to the owner quickly. Then, the next day, she never texted me an update like she said she would. I noticed some of the low rating reviews, and realized the clients are naming people who no longer work at this place of business(ENR) I have bought and sold homes through ENR for the last 6 years it has always been a pleasure working with Robert and his team.

After a few "problems" at my home I told the realtor "do not go into my house without me." She agreed and then proceeded to go in without me and to allow another agent to go in without me or without her. When I asked to be released from my listing agreement, they said they would. If I paid them $2600. $150 an hour for the agent's time. Not professional, unethical.
