Executive Towers Apartments

I've lived here for over a year now. I don't have any major complaints. The building is in a good location, close to 75, close to downtown, public transportation is very accessible, and it's next to the art museum. The price isn't bad at all for it's location, it's also got a small gym, a WiFi room, and a reading room downstairs. The pool is there but it wasn't open this summer. The views are great! It's also secure entry so you need a key fob to get in. It's not 100% but it helps. The location isn't unsafe but it's not the nicest of areas either. Depends on what you're looking for. The downsides would be that abandoned cars are just left in the parking lot for months which is strange. Three have been out back with broken windows unmoved since I've been here. It's not living up to it's potential. There's a LOT of water damage and they casually tried to give 4 days notice to empty the entire building of occupants. Many of whom are elderly or disabled. Needless to say THAT did not go over well. The water feels like it's shut off more than it's on and the stuff leaking smells a bit too much like sewage. The management company seems to have checked out long ago where building issues are concerned. They don't seem to be accepting new tenants but I promise, you aren't desperate enough to move here anyway.

I've lived here for 3 years and have seen many changes. Since a new manager came in earlier this year things are again improving. New carpet in the halls was very much needed. Parking lot lights are on and flags are up. Pest control is regularly scheduled to prevent future outbreaks. This is a large building but most people are friendly and helpful, and the views are incredible. The gym has been repositioned, and hopefully the equipment will soon be updated as more people are using it. Thanks go to Amber and her staff for their hard work in improving our home!

One star for my horrible experience. I seen two fights there. I had schizophrenic pot smokers and alcoholic people that live there as neighbors. Management knew about it and did very little about the harassment they did. Maintenance really didn't want to fix nothing. I told them my ceiling was leaking and they told me that it's only going to leak temporarily thank God I was moving out in two weeks because it kept leaking. They say they are dog friendly but that apartment complex is no place for a dog. Not to mention you have other neighbors that don't like your dog if it barks or if it has a dog smell. Run as far away as possible. Fast. I'm not kidding. This is a real review from a real person that used to live in this apartment complex and I cannot express to you enough that this place is a nightmare. I absolutely loved the apartment layout. I had a huge balcony and a great view. That's where my positive remarks end. ROACHES. CONTINUAL WATER DAMAGE THAT THEY COMPLETELY IGNORED FOR MONTHS. Horrible communication ever since new management came in. They tried to evict me for not paying rent one month, but my auto-pay simply hadn't gone through because of THEIR swap over to a different system. No grace period. They are refusing to refund my security deposit as they claimed I moved out early. My lease ended 9/8/21 (the day I left) and they are claiming my move-out date was 9/9/21. They a
