I’ve been here a few months, and so far so good! Jonathan made it very easy to find the right apartment, to learn how everything works, and to get moved in. He continues to go above and beyond, even bringing a heavy package up to my door. The building itself is older yet updated and well maintained, and I absolutely love the view and the location! Parking in the garage is convenient. The building is safe, secure, affordable and comfortable. I’ve had no problem regulating the heat or AC. I chose an efficiency apartment that isn’t upgraded, and although the kitchen isn’t exactly luxury, it’s been fine, and I absolutely love the tub! My husband and I had lived there for two years, everything was good. The management teams are very friendly and helpful, the deposit is low and they don’t deduct any when we moved out. The maintenance is also very fast, so as the pest control. The free cat policy is also very sweet. The only reason we moved out is because we want to get a larger space, otherwise I think it’s the place we can live for many years.

I only lived here for a year, but I really liked it. There’s enough activity to feel a little life happening but quiet enough to wind down uninterrupted. The renovated apartments are gorgeous, but my standard studio was in great shape and really felt like a home. Weirdly....this was also the most sound proof place I’ve ever been. Never once heard a neighbor. John Cameron, the property manager, is super reliable; friendly; and took care of any issues I had immediately if he was on site or as soon as he came back. Rent was affordable, the view I had was amazing (river, train crossing the bridge, sunset...basically a perfect way to unwind). All in all this was a great place to live. I had other options that were slightly cheaper, but I made the right choice choosing the Executive Hous

Just left after a little under 3 years here. Overall, the stay was great. Johnathan and the maintenance team always handled any issues swiftly and without any complications. The price is pretty affordable, with multiple benefits that help lower costs. Utility fees are a flat monthly rate ($50 as of writing this) that include water, gas, electric, and trash, I was not charged any monthly pet fees, and the parking garage, while paid for, is climate controlled so I never had to worry about scraping and defrosting the car during the winter months. For cons: while the other apartment tenants are generally quiet, downtown Harrisburg itself is very noisy. I lived in the Executive House Apartments in the renovated floor for 4 years while I completed my medical training at the hospital. The location was in a safe and prime location, close to restaurants, fitness centers, and also very close to the bridge and expressways. It was also less than a minute walk to work, which was the hospital. My apartment itself was extremely spacious and had high enough ceiling to fit my 10 foot Christmas tree. Jon Cameron, the building manager, is wonderful! He is very friendly and accommodating. The building itself is maintained very well. Anytime I've had a maintenance issue, it was addressed within 24 hours. The garbage chute area is cleaned daily, and it was always clean.
