It was apparent to us that of Connie of Exit 1 Stop Realty was the perfect Realtor to sell our home upon meeting her. She is experienced, knows the area well and the local market and got us the best price. She's an excellent agent to have when selling your home, we feel she did a wonderful job representing us.

Wish I could say that our home buying experience has been a good one, but I'd be lying if I did. Had a home inspector that seemed nice at the time (Rick Marlowe with "A" Game Home Inspections), but after three and a half months in the home we are over $20k in repairs of things that were somehow missed on the inspection (that contractors are telling us "a good inspector would have/should have caught that"). The last conversation I had with Ellie at Exit 1 Stop Realty complaining about our first two issues (oh yes, we're up to five issues), she informed me that her job was to sell us a house, so her job was done. Amber C from 1 Stop was the sellers agent on my home, she was very nasty throughout the process to my realtor and it was very apparent that she was willing to do anything to make the sale. Multiple issues uncovered in the inspection and were never resolved, invoices were provided per the agreed repairs however the repairs were either not performed at all or done very poorly. The biggest issue at hand was a mold issue in the crawlspace, on behalf of her client she produced an invoice claiming the mold was remediated. She turned very nasty when we started challenging whether or not the mold issue was addressed appropriately or not and was not working with us whatsoever. Wish I could say I had the same experience everyone else did, a happy, positive simple experience. Instead we had an awful experience with Ellie. This is not emotions talking, this was our experience, she was extremely rude along with a self entitled attitude. We felt like a constant aggravation to her when we had any questions that were important to us and I had nasty remarks made by her in text messages, not to mention she then had audacity to talk bad about us to our agent which is a good friend of mine! To top everything off she let us move into a filthy house with us having to hire a professional cleaner at our expense the same day as we were moving in and was non compliant. Not recommended.
