Exchange at Orange Park

If I could give this business more stars I would! The staff here at, Exchange at Orange Park, have been the most welcoming, friendly and helpful. It doesn't matter if it was over the phone, emails or in person, the staff has made the process easy. The complex is well taken care of, clean and quiet. I'm so happy to have picked this complex. Shout out to all the staff but MOST importantly a shout out to Thalia! Thank you for all yall have done!!! If you are thinking about moving to the area, give Thalia a call or email the complex. You won't regret it!!

I’ve been living here for over a year and just renewed my lease. The community has been so convenient, and any minor hiccups along the way have always been resolved quickly thanks to Gary, Talia, and the amazing maintenance team. Thank you guys for all that you do!

Had to find an apartment quickly after getting orders here and Thalia and Rebecca were incredibly helpful and patient in dealing with me they make it easy to move in to a new area and have such a fun energy which makes me even more comfortable here

I’ve been living here for a year and my experience has been nothing but positive. The property is always clean, the community is quiet at night, Which to me is a which to me is a big PLUS and the staircases are well maintained. Any issues I’ve had were addressed quickly and efficiently. Ashley and Thaila are consistently professional, helpful, and truly go above and beyond to resolve concerns. I recently renewed my lease for 14 months and I’m very grateful to be part of this community. I’ve had a wonderful experience living here and highly recommend this apartment complex.

You know you have something good going on when you have a good person in your corner. This person for me was Phil. He helped me with every single question I had on leasing a unit and then moving into the unit. He literally handled every single problem of mine and stayed positive about it. The unit and the complex are both beautiful and it’s a very pleasant feeling to be here! The office staff is very helpful and they attend to problems very quickly and solve the impossible which I’m very grateful for! Overall I am very happy that I was able to rent here. ☺️
