Exchange at Holly Springs Apartments

I recently visited The Exchange Apartment complex in Holly Springs, NC and had such a wonderful, welcoming experience with Kaila. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and at ease — something I really appreciated, as it was truly a genuinely enjoyable visit. The facilities were beautiful, the apartments were impressive, and Kaila’s warm and friendly personality truly stood out. She has a real gift for making people feel welcome and cared for. While I’m not quite ready to move in just yet, I’ll definitely be keeping The Exchange at the top of my list and look forward to working with Kaila and her team again in the future. The common areas, amenities, and landscaping are all kept in pristine condition, which really makes the community feel welcoming and upscale. The customer service here is exceptional. The leasing office team is friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure residents feel valued and supported. Madison was very helpful in solving a problem that I had retrieving a package from the apartment package receiving room locker that would not open. She opened the locker so that my package could be retrieved. All of the office staff are very helpful when there is an issue. The community is quiet and a safe place to live in. The grounds are very clean and well maintained. The maintenance crew is very quick to respond to any maintenance issues. The apartments are close to shopping centers, churches, and schools. The management plans several activities and events each month for the residents. I have enjoyed residing here.

We moved into the Exchange at Holly Springs until our house is done. Even knowing we are short term residents they do not treat us any differently. The office staff is amazing! The maintenance staff is always so friendly and wave to me from their little maintenance carts as they are driving around. No real complaints. The kitchens and bathrooms are all updated with nice granite. The kitchen have stainless steel appliances. The floors are nice wood. The carpet is nice and clean. The upstairs Tennants have been an issue but every time I let the office know about their loud behavior in the middle of the night they are quick to try to get it resolved. I would definitely recommend Exchange at Holly Springs!!!

These are the best apartments that I’ve stayed in, in this area thus far. The staff is amazing. The management is top-tier. Ashlee is the best manager that I have ever encountered and the young ladies that work in the rent office, Madison and Kayla are beyond amazing!! 🤩 I cannot rave about them enough!! The grounds are always kept clean. The dog park is nice. Maintenance is on top of things whenever anything needs to be handled, they make sure it gets done in a timely manner and done right the first time I have never had an issue that had to be fixed multiple times.
