I’ve had to relocate from Pennsylvania and EPM has been nothing but helpful with making this transition as smooth as possible. Everyone from MJ to their office staff Debbie & Johanna who have really made my transition less stressful as I am downsizing from a 3 bedroom ranch to a beautiful Cottage in Fort Myers. There helping me make my dream come true to finally be in Florida and without there kindness and being so helpful with paperwork and not knowing the area all that well has been a relief. If you want to rent from them, trust them. I rented a home from them for 4 years before I had to move out due to a new job. First off, they are family run, not a corporation. I've dealt with corporate run apartment complexes as a tenant and have had miserable experiences with them. As a renter, this landlord has been very good. When things broke down in the home, they were quickly fixed. They were always available to speak with on the phone. And at the end of our lease, they were very fair with our security deposit. I've been renting for many years and personally, they have been the best.

I have never worked with a better property management company! I highly recommend your company to many others…and it is all due to Marielena, who always greets you with a smile when you walk in! She “genuinely” wants to help you. She has excellent communication skills! She is the face of the company and you are lucky to have her. She goes above and beyond on EVERYTHING. She is very quick to resolve issues immediately. And I feel like I am you’re only customer every time I make contact with her. That is very rare nowadays! She is a joy to work with and definitely lives up to your name, “Exceptional” Property Management! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this company. Marielena is absolutely amazing!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff but especially Jennifer. We were with another mgt company before this who was horrendous. We started with Exceptional Property Mgt and have been blown away by them. They are professional, courteous and exceptional at what they do. Kudos! My only regret is not finding them sooner.

Very shady rental company. I would typically keep this professional but I am seeing thier true colors now that we are across the country and have moved out, so I'll give the same respect here. The lady at the front desk (Jen) is a liar, they will say one thing and do the complete opposite so don't ever trust a phonecall with them, get EVERYTHING in writing. They hire the cheapest and sometimes unlicensed contractors to do work to save a couple bucks (that is, when they actually do have something repaired) we called about our heat tripping the breakers a year ago only for them to send a handyman out two times in a row in hopes he could figure it out so they didn't have to hire an actual electrician. Finally, after a few more complaints and the cold front was over we didn't need heat anymore
