After a year of living in Excelsior, I am having to move out but only with positive memories. This is a great place to call home in Seattle. It is modern, well kept, and the staff are phenomenal. The best part of my living experience here has been the exceptional service provided by Skylor Ladiges. From the moment I was introduced to the the property, to questions during me tenure, and move out process…he was exceptional and a true talent/pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place in Seattle.

Lived here for 2 years. It isn't a BAD place to live, but I wouldn't do it again. It depends on what you care about. I'll lay out the pros and cons below: Pros: - Excellent maintenance. They continually improve the common spaces as well. Truly this is above average. - Excellent amenities. The gym is great, the rooftop is nice, the lounge is cool. Very good. - Location. This is about a 15 minute walk to pike place market and a 9 minute walk up to Broadway. Pine Box is a wonderful bar right next door. There is a bus stop on Pine that has buses every ~5 minutes going downtown. Very convenient. - Great sound isolation, you won't hear your neighbors. Cons: - Terrible studio room design (yes, your "urban 1 bedroom" is in-fact a studio). The "bed" area is right across from the refrigerator whic

Skylor was extremely helpful taking us around and answering our many questions. He truly went above and beyond and I was impressed with his professionalism. The apartment and common areas were clean, felt safe and the location is so close to town center accessible by car, bus or light rail. Loved that the building is environmentally friendly and packages can be left securely without worrying. Definitely a building you should consider.

5 stars for the maintenance crew and maintenance supervisor Jose. I recently relocated to Seattle for work. The relocation representative assigned to handle my relocation contracted a third party company to mount my TV. Unfortunately they botched the job and my TV mount came undone during the Super Bowl game which left scratches, scuff marks, and sizable holes on the wall where the TV was mounted. I left a voicemail with the leasing office and called the day after to see if they had any follow up on how they wanted to address the damages. Didn’t receive a reply or a simple call back stating that they would reach back out. As a last resort, I walked down to the leasing office only to find no one there except the maintenance supervisor. When I informed him of the situation he was more than h

Lived here for a year. Here is why I give an overall 4 stars: Location 4/5 - In a pretty good part of Capitol Hill close to a variety of restaurants/shopping. Only personal downside was that there's nightclub on Melrose which was loud on weekend nights. Rent 3/5 - A little pricey but consistent with apartments of similar age/amenities in the Capitol Hill area. Parking 3/5 - Expensive parking (mine was $300 per month) in an underground garage. Assigned spots which is nice. Had some security issues (car was broken into once, scooter was stolen and bike lock was tampered with) but this was before they installed their camera system. I lived there for a couple months after it was installed and had no issues after that. Amenities 5/5 - Really nice lounge area which was usually empty. Gym was
