What an operation, the whole build is as solid as it gets. 2 x 6 framing, all built indoors limiting exposure to the elements. If you want your home built with quality parts, in less than a year, Impresa Modular is the way to go.

The homes and set up crew were fabulous. Watch who you hire as your contractor in your area. My contractor was unorganized, I had to have all the grading, driveway and his so called granite back stairs. I was supposed to have a mahogany deck out of the slider. Instead see photo of what i got.He did shabby, half done work. I am still waiting for the screen for the back slider, light coming thru side door, attic entry was cracked by his electricians, still waiting for that repair as well. Have no proof of energy efficiency of 99%. I have had to fight with him throughout the process. I actually thought at one point I was going to have a heart attack. I have been in the excavation/building bus. for 16 yrs.. total disorganization.

Very disappointed. We purchased a home 14 years ago. Yesterday we pulled the bottom row of siding from the back of our home to add flashing for a raised patio only to find the house has no wrap and no flashing under the patio door. The wood under the door is rotted. I am now going to have to seal the base plate of the house and replace to wood that was over it. I am so disappointed. At some point I will need to pull all the siding from my home to check that all windows and doors are properly shedding water away and add a weather barrier. $$$$$
