We had a home built by Excel Builders in a neighborhood they developed. The quality of the build was good and the time to completion was good as well. Our issued started once the job was finished. They have never come back to complete any warranty work. 3.5 years later now. My recommendation would be to avoid this contractor. There are many others to choose from.
We came to Excel with so many different ideas that we wanted in our future home. Brian listened to all of the details, and together everyone brought all of our dreams to reality. Building us a beautiful custom home!
If you have no other choice BUT TO USE EXCEL BUILDERS just figure it out yourself at least it will be right. And you won't be lied to. If you do decide to do business bring an attorney because you are going to need one.
