Do not use this company to manage your property! They cater to the renters. Even if the renters destroy your home they will give them their deposit back and then give you estimates of 10k to fix what they destroyed. We just got done spending all the money to fix it and it costs us approximately $7000 in repairs and you couldn’t keep their deposit for us despite LITERALLY BREAKING the ONLY 3 things we said don’t touch. Sink they ripped out was a grand, the windows broken throughout the house another couple of grand and the shed and fence they damaged 4500. So $6500 and counting

My wife and I have been trying to move for over 3 months. Decided to try one of their rentals. We put a application and didn't hear anything back. Had to call to to find out what's the hold up. Which there was some issues they where having with the application but no one ever even called or even sent an email. It was all issues we could have cleared up but absolutely no one reached out to us. The application process was the most expensive and most invasive application I have ever filled out for a rental . There was also alot of technical issues filling out the application. It took over 4 hours to fill out. whenever we did get a hold of somone on the phone they seemed every uninterested in helping. In short. Don't waste your time or money unless they have the perfect property your looking
