It has come to my attention that I am being excluded from these meetings on the grounds that I am not listed on the deed. However, the community’s declaration explicitly grants me the right to participate. Furthermore, it is important to highlight that there are alternative ways for me to participate, such as through a proxy or a power of attorney, which should be recognized and respected. Additionally, I must point out that Excalibur’s management has not demonstrated a thorough understanding of the community’s bylaws or the needs of its members. It is essential that Excalibur remain focused on proper management and not engage in biased action

That HOA is a real mess, every time we need to fish the information, no communication, one sends an e-mail to receive no response. Changes are made and the homeowners are not even notified. The person who manages our account is terrible, can't even send the right e-mail to the person who queried in the first place. It's really simple, if someone sends you a question just press the reply arrow while the e-mail is open on your screen. Learn how to use a computer. That reflects so bad on your business.

honestly such a relief having these guys manage my rental property... they handle all the tenant issues and repairs so fast that i dont even have to think about it.
