The first day here everything was great and clean! The pool area is very nice, all the amenities in my apartment work fine. After a week of living here I noticed that all the trash rooms on each floor are full and there’s trash left throughout the hallways… I guess since it’s still move-in week that it’s been hard to maintain? One of the elevators had some kind of juice spilled in it that has been crusting on the floor for a couple days now… Other than the dirtiness which I hope will get better soon, I still like the place. Oh and the package room…

Promised a Fall 2023 opening, but won't make it. Yet, they waited very late to tell people, putting many students in difficult situations scrambling to find housing. Fraudulent practices run by scammers - avoid this place.

Avoid this place, signed a contract - they cancelled the contract and kept all our deposit money. This place is a scam, beware!
