I strongly recommend Rob for a thorough, detail-oriented home inspection. I accompanied Rob throughout the entire inspection process of a home that I was looking to purchase. He is an extremely friendly and informative person, I was educated on many aspects of the home in terms of its current condition and what to keep on eye on for future upkeep. I was impressed by his attention to detail and usage of modern technologies (e.g. thermal imaging of the interior and heating and drones to inspect difficult-to-access portions of the roof) to leave no stone unturned. Furthermore, he provided an excellent, same-day report. He clearly is vested in the well-being of his client's futures and is there to help them. I would not hesitate for an instant to turn to Rob for future inspections.

He was very thorough with every single topic that he went over in the home inspection that I had requested him of if not more.
