Evernest did not return my security deposit. They do not follow up with maintenance requests. I do not recommend them at all. If you do not want a headache, choose another place to rent where Evernest does not manage. Check the before and after photos. The first three pictures are from when I rented (showing the door unpainted, dirty carpet, and walls and shelves that needed paint) and the other pictures are from afterward, showing the property returned in excellent, clean condition, professionally cleaned. Even though it was in perfect condition, I did not get my deposit back yet.

PERSONALLY THE WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY I HAVE EVER RENTED FROM! PLEASE BE AWARE! My horrible experience all started when RPM was replaced by EVERNEST. EVERNEST HAD SLOW SERVICE EVEN DURING EMERGENCIES, INCOMPETENT WORKERS AND LEADERSHIP, and SHADY TACTICS. They never conducted a property condition check when they took over from RPM to examine the existing issues at the property I was renting. Then when it came to my move out, THEY CHARGED ME AN INSANE AMOUNT OF MONEY IN "DAMAGES". THESE DAMAGES WERE HERE BEFORE I EVER MOVED IN AND THEY WERE REPORTED TO RPM PREVIOUSLY. EVERNEST had no records kept from RPM and were asking for materials like the inspection move-in checklist I had completed when RPM was the property manager (THEY ENDED UP IGNORING THIS TOO). Evernest has horrible customer service. Regarding maintenance, it was impossible to get a response. To give a few examples, they did not fix the washing machine for three months until I called the owner. They also did not fix a leak for three months, and the garage door repair took them five months. I returned the townhouse keys with fresh paint and a receipt for professional carpet cleaning. I had requested to be present at the time of the inspection but was never called, texted, or emailed back. I have pictures of the townhouse before and after my tenancy, showing I returned it in better condition than I received it. June Johnson one of the mechanics that works for Evernest is amazing! The service that he provided with not only our garage door, but with our showers and exhaust fans was of the highest quality. His professionalism and respect to us and the home was a breath of fresh air. He made sure to call before appointments, and was on time. He would update us during service and would ask if we were satisfied afterwards. Great mechanic and thank you for your service.
