Please be careful applying for properties under this group. My husband and I paid $130 for an application fee and was denied in less than 24 hours. Our application in fact was NOT processed! They never reached out to verify employment or rental history. We have no evictions, judgements, or anything on our background. We made well over the 3xs amount. We both have great careers. We were instantly denied because the required credit score was off by 6 points. Which can change in the matter of a day by minimizing how much you spend on your credit card haha. They missed out on great tenants by simply failing to verify anything further. Don't waste your money on an application fee when this company actually does not PROCESS APPLICATIONS. Typically if you meet 3/4 requirements you should be fine.

I just leased a property with Evernest and Gabriel made the entire process completely smooth and easy. He made sure to answer all of our questions in a timely manner and he was always available for us via phone or email. I will definitely recommend this company to other people for their leasing needs.
