This is just a bunch of fake reviews. We rented out of state which I've been doing for years without issue until now. When I asked about the property in June they said it wouldn't be ready to show until ~23 of June. To me that means they were getting it ready to rent. This should have been a red flag since it had been vacant since April. We showed up to move in and it was absolutely not in move in ready condition. Holes had been patched but not painted. The carpets should have been replaced. The house was filthy. I don't know when the last time someone was actually inside but I cannot believe a company would rent a place so disgusting. Since I moved to this location, he has been the best repair representative I have worked with. Terrell took his time to ensure all of my needs were met and even took the opportunity to educate me about the repairs he was performing. While I have had several maintenance visits in the past, none have compared to the level of service Terrell provided. My experience with Evernest, at the beginning it was very rough. This was due to the first associate who was underwriting my application, Jess. She dragged my process and was requesting so many unnecessary things to the extent that I had to call everyday just to get an update. She refused to communicate with me or my partner, even though we were approved in the system already, but for whatever reason she did not want to relay this to us. We even had to escalate this matter before she finally let us know we were approved. However after this, Miguel and Mara took us through the next process, getting us ready to move in. They made the experience so peaceful. They communicated more than well, responded to questions, emails, and always called to give updates. They were so amazing, that I wish t
