Everly Roseland

I recently moved to Everly Roseland and have had a wonderful experience so far. From my first tour of the complex through move-in day, Janet in the leasing office was exceptional. She was friendly, easy to communicate with, and always quick to answer my questions. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, which made a big difference during a busy move. Since moving in, I’ve truly enjoyed living here. My apartment is spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and has a lot of closet space. Everything feels clean and well-maintained. The community itself is quiet and welcoming. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby shops/store, restaurants, and major highways. Overall, my experience has been extremely positive, and I would highly recommend Everly Roseland!

We have lived at the Everly since 2022 and cannot say enough good things regarding the maintenance group and our new property manager Christina. She is a breath of fresh air and more than eager to help when asked. All of our neighbors are great and it's a pleasure to be a resident of this community.

Wonderful place to live! Spacious units with a huge bonus of a garage plus a storage room in the garage! The amenities are great with a clubhouse, gym & pool (olympic size). Maintenance / Management team are very helpful and keep the property spotless!

I want to give credit where credit is deserved, and we haven’t even move in yet! We have been looking at many places; complexes and with realtors, and the experience with Janet has been nothing less than white glove service! The process from the start has been wonderful, Janet definitely was part of our decision to choose Everly. We are moving in soon and are so excited!!

Friendly staff, super helpful maintenance crew, and a welcoming community. The apartments are spacious, with plenty of storage and a garage, which makes life so convenient. Definitely a great spot to call home!
