I have been a resident of Everleigh Halcyon Village for quite some time, and I can confidently attest to the exceptional service provided by Nicholas, the property manager. Despite the building's age, it has been well maintained, and the management team continues to ensure its upkeep. The amenities are outstanding, and the social life is fantastic, offering numerous opportunities to interact with fellow residents and participate in various events. I particularly enjoy the social hours, complete with finger foods and cocktails with the occasional pop-up parties with a great selection of food also, which foster a sense of community and positivity among residents and management alike. My parents moved in here as one of the first residents when the building opened. I personally visit several times a week. They love it here. The staff in the building has always been thoughtful of all the resident suggestions. We have transitioned from a 2 bedroom to a 1 with den, dad passed away and we had his life celebration with all the residents who knew him. This is a special place with events for residents daily. All the activity coordinators have worked very hard to cater events and treats to the interests of the community, none more than Kelsey! I've had the pleasure of living at Everleigh Halcyon Village for a while now, and I can confidently say it's a wonderful place to call home. The entire team here goes above and beyond to ensure residents are happy and comfortable. Charlie, the assistant manager, is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making sure everything runs smoothly. Kelsey, the lifestyle coordinator, who organizes such fun and engaging events that really bring everyone together. Lauren, the leasing agent, made my move-in process seamless and continues to be a friendly face around the community. This building is managed very well. I appreciate the attention to detail and focus on consistently maintaining the building. The office staff is approachable and attentive. The building is very diverse and has its challenging residents but management handles it all well. I definitely happy with the building and the management.
