We worked with Evergreene to build a Bayberry home in Salt Pond in Bethany and we are very happy with our beach house. They provided an estimated timeline at the beginning of the process and finished on the date promised. Because we couldn’t be there every week to check on progress, we received regular updates and photos, which was helpful. The selections process was easy, and they allowed us to complete our backsplash and island lighting after closing since we wanted items that were not offered in their selections catalog. Overall, we have been very happy with the construction and quality. Peter was our Sales Manager and was excellent. Communication, flexibility, and knowledge. We presented Evergreene Homes a unique challenge with multiple conservation and land preservation regulations, building size and plan restrictions, and rural area considerations and they met or exceeded all our expectations. They were flexible with an abundance of changes that needed to be done throughout the project, they were quick to respond to inquiries, and despite weather and supply problems they completed our home quickly. Special thanks to Patrick (operations) and Jacob (project manager) who both possess a vast amount of expertise and skill in their trade. We just closed our house today with Evergreene home and we are extremely happy with the process. Site manager Danny Russel is super responsible and he makes sure everything is done properly. The new house is very pretty and full of natural light, and we absolutely love it!

We bought the house after it had been built, as the first owners. There were issues all around the house, and they took care of a lot of them fairly promptly. Some never got done, and now they say we're past the warranty. This cold winter, we realized the pipes to the furnace are not done right so the heater keeps locking out, and they say we're on our own.

Had a wonderful experience with Olivia Bechtel. She was very thorough, detailed, and knowledgeable throughout the process of helping us customize our home. We leaned on her expertise and insight, as she helped align our preferences and tastes with the budget. She is very relatable, kind, and thoughtful and it shows in her work. She made the whole experience an enjoyable one and we highly recommend her!
