Evergreen Terrace

So I have been living here for almost three years now and their front office has never been present or attentive. I have tried calling, emailing, and using the chat to no avail. Whether it's trying to get information about a broken smoke detector or trying to move out, they do not respond. Calls go straight to voicemail or just straight to a disconnected line. I then get no response once I do leave a message. I have been trying to get information about moving out and I keep getting pulled by different people requiring different things. One of the people that has sent me information talks down to me like I am a toddler. Save your money and time and look for other apartments. This place is poorly managed and has a rotating door of employees. In the two years I have been here there have been

1. Management (1/5 Stars) = 9 times out of 10, when you call these apartments, they will NOT answer the phone. Since they don’t answer the phone, you might try to physically go to the office during OPEN hours just to find a locked door with someone on “lunch.” When you do FINALLY get a hold of or talk to someone from management, they will have an attitude with you or act irritated that they have to help you. They are very unwelcoming and disrespectful to their residents. (This is at least under new management, old management was a lot nicer.) 2. Maintenance (2/5 Stars) = Maintenance completion time is SLOW even though they state that they strive to complete maintenance request within “3 business days.” This is far from the truth. If I could give zero stars I would. Property management never answers their phones, barely responds to texts. Worst experience I have ever had trying to apply for an apartment. They informed me a week after I was approved that I had been approved with a co-signer. They said the application process for the cosigner was just verifying income and that the application would be approved or denied by end of same business day. This was not true and resulted in a denial and a waste of another application fee. They did not inform me until I asked about the status and it took them over a week to even process the co-signer application. Don't live here they will steal from you take your deposit or take money out of the deposit for work they said they had to do but didn't. They took 125.00 out for carpet cleaning and they didn't they replaced them. I was told by management not to clean them because they were too old. They weren't even cleaned when I moved in I even put it on my move in sheet.. I will be taking them to small claims court. Don't move here.
